Returns

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging
- First, contact info@nydrashop.com indicating your order number
- We will confirm the process and the return address

Refunds:
Once the product is received and verified, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days.

For hygiene reasons, some opened personal care products cannot be returned, except in the case of a factory defect.
