The Anti-Aging LED Mask is a facial light therapy device with 7 color modes, designed to be incorporated into your at-home skincare routine. Its cabin-style format covers the entire face and comes with a timer and protective goggles included.
It is intended for sessions of about 15 minutes, 2 to 3 times a week, as a moment of pause within your nighttime routine. It does not replace dermatological treatments or in-clinic procedures.
What the evidence says about each color
Of the colors offered by this Anti-Aging LED Mask, red light (around 630β660 nm) has the most consistent evidence for the appearance of fine lines, texture, and firmness, thanks to its action on fibroblasts. Blue light (around 415 nm) is associated with the reduction of bacteria related to inflammatory acne. Near-infrared (approximately 830 nm) penetrates deeper and is often combined with red light to enhance its effects.
Colors such as green, yellow, purple, cyan, or white are often included in home devices, but currently lack robust clinical studies confirming specific benefits for skin whitening, pore tightening, or oil control. Present them as additional experience options, not as evidence-backed benefits.
How to use it
- Clean and dry your face before starting the session.
- Put on the included protective goggles before turning on the device.
- Select the light color and session time, generally 15 minutes.
- Remain in a comfortable place with your eyes closed and protected throughout the session.
- Afterward, continue with your usual serum or moisturizer.
- Clean the inside of the mask according to the manual's instructions and store it in a dry place.

Important precautions
The Anti-Aging LED Mask requires mandatory eye protection during each session; do not look directly at the lit LEDs. Do not use it if you have an eye condition, are taking photosensitizing medication, have photosensitive epilepsy, or are undergoing dermatological treatment without first consulting a healthcare professional.
Do not use it on injured skin, with active sunburn, or intense irritation. Its use is not indicated during pregnancy without prior medical evaluation. Before purchasing any LED device, verify that it has current conformity marking in your country and that the manufacturer specifies the actual wavelengths of each color.
